This Privacy Notice explains how Vymeri System ("we", "us", "our"), based in Rocklin, California, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit vymerisystem.com (the "Site"), create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or purchase our products and services.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Site and serve you:
- Account information: your email address and, if you add them, your name, phone number, and mailing address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Contact and consultation requests: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us.
- Orders and memberships: the products you order, your shipping address and phone number, and order and membership status. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Membership activity: if you are a Vymeri Club member, the posts you save, your reactions, and your answers to reflection questions.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and browser type), which our hosting provider uses to deliver and secure the Site.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To process orders, deliver products, and provide memberships.
- To answer your questions and consultation requests.
- To send our newsletter if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To send service emails, such as sign-in links, email verification, and order confirmations.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud and spam.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for advertising.
Some pages show content from other services, such as embedded Vimeo and YouTube videos and Google reviews. When those load, these services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only for that purpose:
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Neon (database hosting)
- Google (sign-in with Google, and reviews shown on the Site)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Brevo (newsletter delivery)
- Resend (sign-in and transactional emails)
- Web3Forms (contact form delivery)
- Sanity (content management), Vimeo and YouTube (video hosting)
- Shipping carriers, when we ship a physical order to you
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active. We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your privacy rights
You can update most of your account details on your profile page. You can also ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct inaccurate information,
- delete your personal information, and
- stop sending you marketing emails.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, you have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will verify your request by confirming it from the email address linked to your account.

Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so we treat all visitors the same whether or not their browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable service providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. However, no online service is completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the Site.
